1Who is responsible for your data

West End Lottery Ltd ("WEL") is the data controller for your data. WEL operates the entry platform and decides how your data is collected and used, both for the Mona Loser prize draw and for the West End Lottery audience list (if you opt in, see section 4).

Tim Johanson Productions LTD (the "Promoter"), the producer of Mona Loser, uses your data only under a limited licence from WEL. The Promoter may use it solely to contact you about Mona Loser, and only for the duration of the Mona Loser project. The Promoter cannot use your data for any other show or purpose.

2What we collect

When you enter, we collect:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• the performances you tell us you can attend;
• any access requirements you choose to share;
• your consent choices (see section 4).

We do not collect payment details. Ticket payment happens later, directly with Southwark Playhouse and their Box Office.

3Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To run the draw and contact you about your entry (including the winners/non-winners email): this is necessary for our legitimate interests in running a draw you asked to enter and letting you know the result.
• To send you Mona Loser news and updates: only with your consent.
• To add you to the West End Lottery audience: only with your separate consent (section 4).

4Marketing and updates

Entering the draw is a single opt-in: when you tick the entry box, you enter the Mona Loser draw and agree to receive news and updates from the Mona Loser team. The two go together, so entering also means you will receive these updates. You can unsubscribe at any time (section 7).

The West End Lottery audience is a separate, optional opt-in, offered after you enter. WEL runs other ticket lotteries, and joining adds you to WEL's list for those. You do not have to join it to enter the draw, and you can withdraw this consent at any time.

5Who we share it with

• Southwark Playhouse for winners, to arrange and book tickets and any access needs.
• Our hosting and EU/UK and US database providers which store and process entries on our behalf as data processors (see section 8.)
• Our Email provider to send the draw and any updates you've consented to.

We do not sell your data.

6How long we keep it

• Entry data for this draw: kept until the draw is complete and tickets are settled, then deleted after a 12 month retention period.
• Mona Loser updates: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

7Your rights

You can ask us to: see the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; object to how we use it; withdraw consent; or unsubscribe from any updates (every marketing email also carries an unsubscribe link). To exercise any of these, email hello@westendlottery.com

You can also complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

8Where your data is stored

Your data is stored by our database provider in the EU/UK.

9Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post any changes on monaloser.com with a revised "last updated" date.
