Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1The promoter
This prize draw (the "Lottery") is run by Tim Johanson Productions LTD (the "Promoter"), in partnership with West End Lottery Ltd ("WEL"), which provides the entry platform.
2Free entry - no purchase necessary
Entry to the Lottery is free. No purchase is necessary. Winning gives you the opportunity described in section 5; it does not require any payment to enter.
3Who can enter
- Entrants must be 18 or over at the time of entry.
- You may only enter if you are able to attend at least one of the performances listed in section 8.
- One entry per person. Duplicate or multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified.
- Employees of the Promoter, WEL, and Southwark Playhouse, are not eligible.
4How and when to enter
Enter at monaloser.com by completing the entry form (name, email, and the performance dates you can attend). Entries open 15 May 2026 and close at 10am on 22 June, before the draw. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
5The prizes
Two tiers of winners will be drawn:
- Tier 1, minimum of 100 winners. Each Tier 1 winner may purchase 2 tickets at £15 each (instead of the £25 public price) to a performance they selected. The exact number of tickets available per winner will be confirmed in the winning email.
- Tier 2, 5 "Monster Package" winners (one per performance). Each Monster Package winner receives two complimentary tickets and two complimentary drinks at the bar, for the performance allocated.
Prizes are subject to availability, are not transferable for cash, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6The draw
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on 22 June 2026. The draw is administered by West End Lottery.
7How winners are notified
- All entrants (winners and non-winners) will be contacted by email following the draw.
- Winners have 24 hours from notification to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 24 hours may be redrawn or reallocated.
8Claiming, booking and access
- Winning tickets are booked through Southwark Playhouse. Tier 1 winners pay £15 per ticket at the point of booking; Monster Package tickets are complimentary.
- Any access requirements (wheelchair seating, hearing loops, etc.) are arranged with Southwark Playhouse at the point of booking. You can also reply to your winning email and the team will pass your needs to Southwark.
